  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all certificates and documentation.
  3. Include the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.

Refund Details

Refunds are processed based on the original payment method. Here's what you need to know:

  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange Details

If you'd like to exchange an item, here's how it works:

  • Exchanges are free of charge for eligible items.
  • You can exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
  • If the new item costs more than the original, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
